Tito's Pizza

Was our first time ordering here. Got our pizza an hour and a half late and was ice cold. One of my pizzas were missing a topping. And to top it off the delivery guy handed me my pizza grabbed my money and ran off. Didnt give me my $8 back i was owed nor did he even ask if i want it back he just grabbed it and left. When we called all we got was sorry we couldnt find u and was busy. But what about my money? Ya obviously i was going to tip but to take my money and not even give me my receipt and just take off? Im pretty sure thats called theft? Something ill have to look into

Not joking when I say the best chicken wings I’ve ever had. And that’s a bold statement. Great customer service too. Will always be loyal to this location!

The pizza was bad. I ordered extra chicken shawarma and they put a ridiculously small amount and the chicken doesn't even taste like shawarma, it was common chicken without flavor, the sauce doesn't have any taste and the crust was the biggest crust I've ever seen. I will never come back.

The worst and absolute no taste pizza I ever had in my life. The guy wrongly made thin crust pizza. The pizza sauce is not even tasty and the toppings didnt cook well at all. They added too much of onions which are not fresh at all.. when I called up the store the guy was very reluctant to apologise and kept convincing me that pizza will taste like that. Such a worst pizza and even the dips are awful. Please do not buy a pizza from this store.

Didin't get sauce on my wing food was cold never got my salad or pop was very bad never going again poor coustomer servise i want my money back

So Tito's Pizza needs to teach their delivery people how to properly carry pizzas

Always get pizza and wings here, tastes great and the employees are always friendly. Highly recommend!

First time ordering from this place. 1.5 hrs for delivery and pizza was cold. Never ordering there again.

Great taste and incredible value! You simply can’t beat the value of the large 5 topping special here. The owner is really friendly. I’ve been to many pizza places in Kitchener and this one stands out clearly.I honestly haven’t had such amazing pizza for a really really long time. The pizza was saucy, the cheese was stringy and it was very slightly greasy just the way I liked it. I’m going back again this week!
