I don't usually give 5 stars ,I had a problem with a bracelet I had previously purchased and they happily replaced it without any questions. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

I went in today to get my son a new ring for his birthday that would stand up to his rough and tumble self. Not only was the selection amazing and he found one he loves, but they noticed while he was there that he was wearing a titanium Joe bracelet that had lost some inlays he's hard on jewelry we weren't even there regarding the bracelet but once they confirmed their logo they replaced it on the spot. We are both extremely happy and impressed with the selection and service. I know where I'm doing all my gift shopping from now on!

Very friendly, detail oriented. I walked in looking for a chain to replace one I had. The one I wanted was a bit too short for me, so they made it longer while I waited. Will definitely come back.

Joe Szigeti has been more than professional, very attentive. Mr. Szigeti has replied to each of my emails sent during this COVID outbreak in regards to entering the jewelry store to spend my gift certificate. I was treated like I was important, even though I was only spending $80 in his store. I finally had the chance to enter his store and spend that gift card that was burning a hole in my pocket. The young man working there was so happy to see someone come in, I was his first client...lol. He was very helpful with my purchase and I left feeling satisfied. I will be back to purchase the necklace that matches the beautiful bracelet I purchased.I'm so glad to have made it in...will be a repeat customer...even though it is only a few dollars here and there. Wanted to pick up a titanium ring as my 10k white gold ring was causing an irritation from nickel additions. Wanted to test a hypoallergenic material first before getting a platinum ring. Selection was great, and price was very reasonable. I found a ring I liked and they had every size in stock. Much better alternative than what the jewellery stores in the mall were charging, with no wait time.

Heard about this company on the Welding Tips and Tricks podcast. They spoke very highly of the company. It was recommended to give them a call if you were new and interested in learning to weld Titanium. I spoke with Kayle and he was super helpful and very friendly. It started with a single Titanium bracelet and now we have three of our women wearing them. Very stylish and durable. Everyone agrees - excellent value for the money. There was certainly lots to choose from.

The staff member there was very good and looked after us right away fit the bracelet to a "T" to my dad's wrist price was very good also totally enjoyed our visit to the store we will definitely be going back for more things
