Really good pet store, good stock of raw food especially. Probably the best prices around for raw pet food. Staff have always been super helpful and friendly as well. If your pet requires a certain type of food it's best to call them to see if it's in stock, because they don't have a product list online and might be sold out. I call first to avoid an unnecessary trek out there, but they always answer the phone super quick and check right away. Much appreciated!

I had a negative experience at this store today...I recently adopted a kitty and wanted to get her a scratching post as a treat so I bought one from Tisol, and was about 15 minutes drive away when my gf called to say she had bought me one as a gift..I immediately tried to return the scratch post and was told it could not be returned, despite the fact that it hadn't left my car and was only literally 15 mins out of the store...now, I fully understand this policy as countless people have probably bought posts only to have the cat ignore them and try to return it...however, this was obvious I was just in the store and had my receipt to show the time, yet they would not even exchange for store credit, which would have been fine with me...store policy is there for a reason, I get it, but certain situations can always be remedied to keep a pet owner as a loyal customer...I asked the manager, what it it worth to Tisol? $45 for a legit return/exchange, or a cat's entire lifetime of food/litter/toys (thousands of dollars?), as this is my neighborhood pet store and she opted to send a customer, and new pet owner, away unhappy...I work for a service company and this is the exact opposite of the way we are trained to respect our customers, and so I'll be making my pet purchases elsewhere...

Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great quality products too! AND they sell raw 😍

Always have what I need for all my pets. Just wish they had better parking.

Good selection although the prices have gone up quite a bit since being bought out by Pet Valu. The staff are always amazing and the owner has a great sense of humour.
