I would not recommend this building to anyone. The lady in the office named Cindy is extremely racist and harassed me and all the other coloured residents in this building. There is a hate crime reported against Cindy and Tisbury in Sherwood park. I have reported this to the main office along with many other residents. Nothing was done about this. The building is extremely dirty and run down. Very cheaply made. They keep increasing rent for there units and the units are disgusting. There are so many better apartment buildings in Sherwood park that are brand new and less pricing. The landlords are also not Racist. I would never recommend Tisbury apartments to anyone.
Killam is a decent place to live , we have lived here since 2019. Thenresident manager Maria is excellent she tries so hard to respond to complaints and requests as fast as possible, there are things that could be better ie the grounds ect, but overall the complex is clean and safe as any other area in sherwood park. We have a cleaner called Hanna she also does a great job .
I was interested in looking at a 1 bedroom apartment but I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone for a whole week, I was finally fed up and decided to drop by. No one in the office except the maintenance person and they were extremely rude and dismissive of my questions. Don’t bother with this company it’s a waste of your time.
NEVER MOVE HERE READ ALL !!!! The rent in a 2 bedroom is close to $1700 a month for NOTHING. Paint peeling damage on walls we were first in our unit even the buildings are made SO cheaply. The younger neighbors in the building don’t care about noise and if you complain to the manager who is to deal with complaints she’ll say call bylaw and then hang up. She barely understands us because she can barely speak English all she knows is “call bylaw”nThe management doesn’t do their job seriously. They don’t take complaints seriously and will even go as far as to think you’re lying. Dogs bark all day cooped up in rooms. Vehicles get stolen from the parkade. The fire alarms have gone off 7 times to the point where the whole building was evacuated sometimes at 2am and we never got any explanation just say in the cold for an hour all times happened in winter twice in springIn minus 35 the garage door was broken and they neglected to fix it for almost a week. They’ve changed ownership and don’t care if people stomp around in units above you.
I have lived at 200 Tisbury for seven months and am extremely pleased. I don’t understand why google allows these dated, derogatory reviews to remain for viewers?nnThese negative reviews are three and four years old! They are dated, misleading and no longer relevant.nnThe management staff must have totally changed since these reviews were posted. My building manager is super friendly and responds promptly to my requests. I told her the motion sensor in the gym was set too short of a duration if in the area of the treadmills. It was quickly changed to a more appropriate duration and more lighting was added. It’s an excellent gym.nnThe building is clean, well serviced, had my outside windows cleaned, garage is clean. These negative reviews should be ignored.nnI have spoken with the Edmonton properties and Alberta properties managers. They are also sincere, compassionate and prompt responders.nnI managed a 20 unit rental in Edmonton. It was a lot of work and challenging to please all tenants and have them stay renting. No manager likes a high turnover.nnI also have a management degree and spent many years in supervisory roles. I can assure you that these units here are very well managed. Moreover, the neighborhood is wonderful. Walking paths. Public transit. Lots of stores in easy walking distance.nnFive star rating from a google local guide. Move in with confidence.nnDave D.
