I needed a repair at closing time and without hesitation they fixed the tire, replaced the spare back into its carrier. Friendly staff, quick service and very reasonable pricing.

I stopped in here to have my tires rebalanced as the previous shop didn't have the equipment to do it properly. I noticed a very busy place with the owner scheduling people after hours because he couldn't fit them in during regular hours. I was starting to sweat just watching the front end staff work. Got my tires balaned and my truck drove as good as new. Going forward no matter where I live in Alberta my truck goes to Kal Tire Smiky Lake for anything tire related. After a wheel bering blew on our 5th wheel half way home, we called Tirecraft and at 3:45 when our trailer arrived after being towed in owner was amazing offering to stay so we could get home. At 5:05 we were on our way with a recommendation for dinner as well! Amazing service and great rates!
