Store manager called after reading my previous message and promised to make it right tomorrow. If so, that’s a good store manager for reaching out to me to fix this. I will update and change rating tomorrow if all goes well. I appreciate responsibility and accountability, so thank you very much sirnnWell the manager kept his word and made it right and I respect that kind of business decision making. So many people are willing to lose customers instead of keeping them these days. Thank you again sir! Very much appreciated
I broke down nearby and during one of the busiest times of year snow tire season! these folks really bent over backwards to help me out. So did the staff at the Oromocto First Nation gas station down the road who pointed the way to Tire King Oromocto. All in all the kindest and most courteous garage I’ve ever seen. Top notch professional service!
I had an appointment for an oil change at 11:00 am. on Friday, June 13th. I was told it would take 45 minutes. I came back in 50 minutes, and my car was not ready. No big deal. So I went out into the parking lot. One of the bay doors was open. I saw my car had the inside panel of my driver's side door off. I went back inside and asked why my door was a part when I came in for an oil change only? I was told they were fixing it for me ? The problem was when I dropped my car off, it was fine. I asked why they had rolled my window down in the first place, and no one could answer that question. An oil change took over two hours. I went back, picked up my car, paid for the oil change, and left. When I returned home, I noticed there were pieces of glass on my dash, and on the floor, also my door would not lock I called back and asked for an explanation and was told they told me about the window. They onlyntold me about it when I saw what was going on. I have received no call back or explanation. I feel they were hiding the fact that they did damage to my window. There was no transparency if I had not come back and saw what was going on I feel I would not have been told about the situation. I had a feeling something was going on. The woman at the front desk was very sheepish. She gave me very vague, answers as to when my oil change would be done, which led me to check and see if I could see what was going on. There were no glass pieces in my car when I dropped it off. My car is a older, Corolla, that is well looked after inside and out. It's not that they did something to my window, and lock that bothers me the most, it is the dishonestly that I don't like. Be honest with your customers. People will be more forgiving if they know the truth, I now have to take my car to another garage and find out what they did to my window and lock pretty expensive oli change . I will never be back and will never recommend this business. I don't expect to ever hear back from them.
I have never experienced a more incompetent shop in my lifetime. Before I start with the bad, their price is 10/10. They charged me $400 less for 4 tires installed than Canadian Tire quoted me. The price is what drew my attention but beware, you get what you pay for. I took my car in about 4 weeks ago to get new winter tires installed. After installation they drove my car out of the shop and stalled it twice. I actually had to go out to the man and ask him if he wanted me to park it for him, which I did. I paid and did a walk around of my car before leaving and noticed they broke the hub cap off one of my wheels and put it in my centre console without telling me. They also put my garbage tires back in my car that we agreed they would get rid of. I brought this to their attention and they offered to fix the rim at a later date and they took the garbage tires at this time. The next day I go out to see my front tire is deflated. I aired it up and the following morning it was flat again. I took it back to get repaired that day. They repaired my value stem and stalled my car 3 more times trying to park it. I asked them to retorque my wheel lugs just so I knew it was done. I am not from town and didn’t have my torque wrench with me they send a man out to do it that had no idea how to use a torque wrench. I actually had to show a tire installer how to use a torque wrench, it blew my mind. Fast forward to today, I’m doing rear brakes on my car. Pulling my lug nuts off I see they stripped 2 of my lugs. I have never seen so many mistakes on one simple job in my life. Beware of this place. Their staff at the desk is nice but their staff in the shop is severely under trained and incompetent. I especially recommend you steer clear of this place if you drive a manual transmission vehicle, have rims that are not steelies or are unsure of how to check over their work. I will not be returning here for future business.
nI had a great experience at this Tire King !nI was looking for alloy rims and tires, and they gave me the best deal compared to other places. The prices were very reasonable, and they were upfront with everything—no hidden costs. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right set that fit my Truck perfectly. Installation was quick and professional. If you’re looking for quality rims and tires at a fair price, I highly recommend this shop
