Tip Top Dollar Shop

Would not recommend this store to anyone I bought a spinner at this store and it was broken into call them that day and got told even though they sold me a broken item that I had not used they would not refund or replace it and on top of that got treated very rudley. "Holly Davis" the owner of the store started yelling at me when I called and tolled me it was my fault and that I should not have bought it. If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. If you want awful service, awful products and to be treated awfully the tip top dollar shop is the place. If you want a spinner or anything that this store offers I recommend go online and order it at least you'll get some respect and a working product.

Just a heads up.... This store only accepts cash or Canadian debit cards and they do not convert if you pay with US dollars. If I had not needed what I purchased, I would have returned it.
