I love taking our clients here. With the 1 stop hang out for picking a library book, having lunch at the tables, playing cards, pool and other games or if they want to workout or walk the track... lots to do while out on their shift!
Great place to do some indoor sports. We were there for pickleball lessons and it was suitable. They have a separator to break the large gym in half. Also an indoor running/walking track. Haven’t used the weight room as of yet as I have my own at home. Decent amount of parking.
Nothing but praise to the security team here. In 3 occasions I've witnessed them dealing with challenging situations calmly and very professionally. One particular loud individual was sitting right in front of me at the library and the young security guard was able to calm the man down with such patience that made me feel very safe. In the and the man remained in the library without causing any other problem. I was very impressed.
Just so you know, if you plan to visit their gym for the first time and buy a one-time drop-in pass, the front desk will not warn you that you won’t have access to the locker room or showers. To use the showers, you need to purchase a membership.nThis is how my first visit to their gym became my last.nIf I had known that I would work out and then not be allowed to take a shower, I would have either bought a membership in advance or simply not come at all.nAs it stands, there is no way to visit the gym once to see the facilities including the locker room and showers before deciding whether a membership is worth it.nPlease make sure to inform your visitors about these rules before they pay for entry.
Great Community Center with so many activities!! Safe, welcoming and clean - friendly staff and a great cafe too!!
