I actually think several of our local banks would be better than Timberland. The fees have gotten ridiculous!

Absolutely horrible. I opened my account with TFCU in the late 80'S. Never had a problem until now. I received an overdraft fee of $30 due to my disability check posting 3hours later than my hulu automatic payment of $7.99. Both were on the same day.

I have been with them for some time now...got my / our debit card numbers and pin numbers scanned by someone and I lost all of my money , I don't get it back cause they got my pin number also so it's my fault even though I got a police report and the target store in Sacramento CA..has someone on surveillance camera...that's not me. They said they did an investigation..but I don't get to see what they investigated., and ask and call everyday and no one will call me back !! So all in all I'm screwed !!

Turning into a bank not a member owned credit union might as well bank at a bank they cant keep staff and the staff they do have has no clue about anything there
