I bought shoes there in december 2022 for 60€. After 1 month, which was two days ago, i saw the same shoes for 100€ and it was also on discount. Check the price twice before buying.
Very unfriendly staff, but Ofcourse when you read the reviews, the company probably does not care, To be specific, an older lady with an Accent. Super RUDE, ACTS LIKE YOU ARE DOING HER A FAVOUR BEING IN THE SHOP: LEFT SUCH A BAD TASTE-
Very unfriendly staff. Very rude to an US customer who was with us in the store. He didn’t wear the “right” mask and the staff told him more then rude that he has to learn the Bavarian law before he enter this store with the “wrong” mask. Never had such a bad experience in Timerland stores in the US.
My fault that I forgot to show the coupon when pay. As soon as I realized and went back, I asked if it is possible to retain the discount, answer was 'No', possible to return? 'No, Timberland doesn't allow return in Germany'. So I said I have to ask the information desk if what you said is true. Then he said 'I can give you the discount as Timberland giftcard'...
Don’t return the shoes and even you didn’t use that, I tried to talk in a good way but they just keep saying no and no.... it’s fine but make me likes less and less about timberland, my feet was feel so bad using the shoes after 100m one of the worth blister of my life!
