It seems every other day I get my coffee from this place and the cream is curdled the managers. Don’t care and won’t do anything about it despite me complaining over and over again look in your coffee next time you buy one there’s probably a piece of cheese floating in it.
ask for four orange peko latte and they gave us just orange peko I know they made it intentionally because I never mention milk or cream because we ask of latte they made just tea with cream and sugar instead of tea latte on yesterday Sunday evening. even they wrote tea latte on lid do they really think people are mad .never coming back to this location worst experience every time
The employees were so very polite, kind and they greeted me with a smile. The entrance n sitting area was nice n clean however the ladies washroom sure could of used some extra attention. The ladies washroom was dirty and had some tp on the floor. Also there was no paper towels in the washroom so had to air dry my hands . All in all I enjoyed my visit to this Timmie's but I hope they will hire more employees or make sure that a staff member checks the washroom on more of a routine basis.. I do thank the employees for being so kind, polite and greeting me with a smile n for the kindness I recieved while I was there for 40 minutes keep up the great work .
Had to go here because Stacked was packed. The sandwiches were fine. Very cramped at the counter with awkward pickup causing one to cross the line of customers waiting to order to pick up our order. The store was clean with nice seating options. The counter/ordering arrangement is a mess and needs rectified. The staff was experienced or this could have been bedlam.
Came here today at 1pm. There was one girl at the front. She was very nice. Very good customer Service. Vegetarian options: Food was very Yummy.
I personally think more training should be provided to the employees. Quite often they don't get my order right, whether they are busy or not.
I love the way they are introducing more comfortable chairs and a fireplace to make it more cafe less fast foodFood: 4/5
Best Tim Hortons in the area, Divya was very polite and made my morning with her big smile and positive attitude.
Just another Tim, location is convenient, staff is not very friendly/flexible with giving or adjusting to customer choice/needs.Food: 4/5
There are 6 men sitting inside and one of them approached me rudely and accused me of owning a white van. It looks like these men are frequent customer. You better watched out becoz he might approached you and rudely accused you of something inside tims. Inside should be a safe place to chill out.
