The young girls in there were having a party. The girl on the microphone was so cramped up by laughter she couldn't even take my order. Then a young man came on the microphone tooked my order without even apologizing for the young girls. I get that you can get bored if there is no clients and nothing wrong with having fun for passing the time, but when you do have clients, the clients should come first. When I first came up to order it tooked between 3 to 5 minutes before they answered then got to the window it tooked another 5 minutes before someone opened the window gave me my donuts then waited again another 3 min before getting my coffee and no one else was waiting before me or inside but 3 behind me. When my friend passed, he got served immediately but got to the window and waited 5 minutes. It's not the first time I go there and have to wait, but on weekends or evenings, service is lousy.

Good consistent tasting coffee. If they mess up your order they give it to you for free and out of all the times I've been here, only once did they forget 1 cream in my coffee. Prices are reasonable for what you get and employees are friendly.
We tried the new spinach mozzarella breakfast bagel = Excellent !! Could easily become the Hortons signature sandwich like McDonald's McMuffin. We had ours with egg and sausage. Really great unique taste. I would go out of my way to make this breakfast choice
Everything is fine except they have no idea how to make cheese croissants. Every other TH has it right and somehow here its way different. Nice staff.
Food was good, service was terrible. I waited 10 minutes for napkins. Asked for a strawberry smoothie, told they didn't have when they did.
Fast friendly service. Clean interior+exterior. Medium sized location. Drive-thru was always moving. Staff we always smiling. Great quick-stop when on roadtrips.
The whole order was wrong. My dad kept trying to explain until someone else came and told the person what we were asking for. They still got it wrong. Like i mean the whole order
