Even though the coffee is decent, I wanted to comment on the workers here . Super friendly that they made my day! The lady at the cash even put a heart on my cup. So cute Food: 3/5
Almost every time I go here, they get some part of my order wrong. You ask them to replace the cream for milk in and iced coffee and they forget the syrup, you ask for extra mayo in your sandwich and they forget the freaking egg, you order a bagel and they always tell you last minute, once you’ve already paid and been waiting 5 minutes for your food that they don’t have that kind of bagel…very badly managed and very badly trained staff
Most cashiers are rude except for that one guy who’s extra nice. The place is dirty, full of homeless people that beg outside and inside smelling like alcohol and cigarettes. Food is as good as you’d expect for a tik hortons
Best filter coffee there is ! Great flavour and always fresh ! This is the first time we took a table and had our coffee sur place and frankly it was because Myriade cafe across the street was too full, and had a long wait line! But here at Tims the service was very good and rapid. And since Tims is reknown for their all encompassing Welcome to all, you will find a wide variety of clientele here ! But it was clean , there was nice music in the background and everyone seemed to get along fine. And If you want to get a quick great coffee it is perfect.
I ordered from that place and the rice was uncooked and watery, barely any sauce, they gave me the wrong iced coffee and they added meat to my cheese sandwich which I ate by accident. I'm very disappointed
Horrible wait time in the drive thru!! Literally 30 mins and they still had to take our order at the window there were 5 people working but they can't get orders out fast enough. Not to mention they screwed up a tea and coffee that's all we ordered. If you can go somewhere else.
Not the best Tim Hortons. My friend ordered a drink and they gave her the wrong one but she started to drink it anyway. Then they asked for it back, I’m not sure what they did with it?!? The donuts were stale and the place was rather dirty. Bummer. I had just gotten into town very excited for the first Tim Hortons but alas. This donut was ok but it was stale.
Worst customer service ever. Five people working at the cash and one person working at the sandwich station. I ordered four hashbrowns and waited 10 minutes. When I ask if one of the cashiers could serve me they told me to apply for a job here so it goes faster.
Quality of what we ate and drank was fine—cleanliness not so much. No soap in the toilets, indifferent hand dryer, my husband said the urinal was covered by a black plastic bag. No one was wiping the tables. On a different note, it felt like we were getting the stink-eye from the locals who seemed to use it as a gathering spot for the free wi-fi. It needs locals to survive, but visitors are also needed.
They're nice and the quality/proportions fair. Busy, so the workers aren't the jolliest, but who cares about that at a coffee shop?
