I've been going here for breakfast quite often lately. At least in my case, the staff have been nice to me, the interior has been relatively clean, and they've always gotten my order right. The location is convenient as well.nnTheir service is often slow when the restaurant is busy, but that's understandable, and they still acknowledge me even if they can't take my order right away. I suspect that they're understaffed, but they seem to be doing the best that they can.
The worst bowl I've ever eaten. 2 small pieces of chicken, ugly dry rice and lettuce lol omg 10 dollars thrown in the trash... I don't recommend it. Don't come to this place if what you want is to eat. Train your staff because it's definitely not fair to spend 10 dollars for this bland and flavorless dish. Very, very poor service and food. definitely the most poorly made bowl I've ever eaten
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a grilled wrap, but when I got to the window and took a bite, it was cold and clearly not grilled. I drove back to let them know, and the employee said they would replace it with a properly cooked one and that I could keep the first wrap.nnHowever, when she handed me the new wrap, she suddenly asked — in a weird and uncomfortable tone — if I could give the old one back. I don’t have an issue with being asked to return the old wrap, but the way she said it made the whole interaction feel awkward and unprofessional.nnIt’s not just about the food being wrong — mistakes happen. My real concern is the poor customer service. Based on this experience, I’m honestly not surprised they have a 2.7-star rating. Definitely not what you’d expect from a well-known chain.
This Tim Hortons is a convenient and reliable spot. What sets this location apart is its consistently quick service, even during the morning rush. The staff here are incredibly efficient, always managing to keep the line moving without sacrificing the quality of the orders.Overall, this Tim Hortons provides a solid experience that keeps customers coming back.
Every time I visit this location, the service has been rude and unwelcoming. The donuts are never glazed properly, and the washrooms are consistently dirty. This is easily the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Today was the last straw when I was served a cold double-double that tasted like it was left over from the night before. Very disappointing experience.
