Tim Hortons

Garbage service 25 mins for two wraps which was somewhat understandable considering the guy making them had no clue what the build was... but the fact that he asked two people one of which being a manager for help and in turned got a dirty look instead of help was disgusting to see. I figured I would at least get a sorry for the wait the manager had her back to us focused on the next two orders ... perhaps putting some effort into helping new team members when they need it would improve the chance of repeat customers... New management would also be a good idea.

We have dumped more coffee down the sink then we have drank lately. Not sure why Tim Hortons coffee always taste different in Durham compared to other locations.

This tom Hortons doesn't seem to carry a lot like other ones. And they never bake enough for the day. Always takes forever to get our order.

Nothing special happened to make this place stick out. But it was good.

Drinks are hot and food is tasty. Sometimes the order is incorrect but in my experience there isn't enough staff on
