My experience at this Tim Hortons is always fantastic! They serve my coffee and food in a timely manner, I never have to worry about waiting too long. They are super friendly and always greet me with a smile since I’m basically a regular there they also leave little smiley faces on my coffee haha. I can always bet on getting served a great cup of coffee that’s made right and good food that tastes great!nnThank you!! :
I stop by this location pretty much every day, and they honestly never disappoint. Even when the drive-thru is lined up all the way around the building, the line moves super fast. My coffee is always made exactly how I ask for it, and the staff are always smiling and saying good morning. It’s just a really well-run spot with a great crew.
I just want to report the Old Lady working in the Drive Thru because she dont have patience dealing with the customer and we felt that she is not happy with his work. We bought a coffee for 2 separate order but she dont understand us well. Someone paid for our 1st Order so we just need to pay only for the 2nd order but she cant understand us. She said the the 1st order was paid already and we said we need the 2nd order as well and we are willing to pay it because we must do. And after that we felt that she is not happy making our order and she want us to turn again and fall in line in the drive thru once again.nWe ordered 3 medium half coffee/ half french double2 but she give us 3 medium double2.nThe incident was happen tonight december 5 at 10:10-10:20 in the evening. Please retrain that old lady and please teach her how to serve and properly treat the customer. Thank you
