Whenever I go to this tim hortons, have to wait for 15-20 minutes to just take one steap tea. They prefer to do gossips first rather than giving order customer. Today at 6:45-7:00 April 5, 2025 , when I went there, I just ordered small steap tea TT and a plain crossant toasted with butter. I was gone from there and when check the order and I found that they give me Chai Tea rather than Steap Tea. I was ok with that but when I opened the wrap from crossant, it was totally burned and was looking like that someone have also taken bite from it.nnI’m adding the photos for both of them below.
I ordered wrap on drive thru, and waited for almost 4 min. On window just to get wrap and this is the wrap they gave me, by looking at it, nobody wants to eat it because it was not wrapped properly and all the material which is supposed to be properly wrapped inside , it was on paper, it was so messy. This is the second time they gave me wrap like this. I will never visit to this store ever again
This store is worst , i would never come back to this store.As i just came by now and got such a poor customer service the time was 5:55 am day tuesday18march,2025 the girl who was taking order on drive was not welcome to customers at all she was keep saying thats it… thats it and i ask her to give me ketchup onside twice she didn’t answer,then we drove to window and person on window keep showing debit instead of welcoming customers with happy face, i feels like she dislikes her job. Highly recommend to not visit this store such a poor experience i had this early morning.
March 2023 5*nnGenerally all quick food restaurants franchise offer same quality food. The only differentiators are location, cleanliness and staff. This place has good sitting area and nice ambience.nnThe place is well maintained and clean. Staff is good and helpful. There is ample parking place at the location.nnMy favourite is always Double-Double. Service was very quick. I have used drive-in also many times and service is quick.
Every single time I visit this Tim Hortons, it’s ridiculously slow. Doesn’t matter what time of day — the drive-thru always has a long lineup and barely moves. It’s honestly frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to grab a quick coffee or breakfast. Management really needs to address the speed and efficiency here because it’s consistently one of the worst Tim’s experiences. See the attached photo for proof — this is the usual situation.
