Tim Hortons

This morning I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes so I could order the same thing I get everyday large protein iced latte. I order it specifically for the protein milk, not to mention this drink isn’t the cheapest and what was not in my iced LATTE…the protein milk that I pay extra for…not to mention there wasn’t even any espresso foam on top or anything. First day back at work and I get to start my day with an iced black coffee when I paid for a latte

Worrsttttt experience everrrrr,,, gave a wrong order twice , made me wait for hour and a half and still didn’t give the right order, customer service is negative 100 . Very rude and not accepting their mistake infact giving attitude to me. Can’t ever distinguish between honey and butter. I am allergic to egg and they added egg based sauces , my friend i allergic to honey and they added it to bagel which doesn’t even make sense . They had just 2 everything bagels in store and presented it to us twice telling us that they are different bread . Didn’t take health issues seriously, WILL MAKE SURE HEALTH DEPARTMENT PAYS A VISIT TO THEIR STORE ASAP . Can’t understand English at all so would suggest English speakers not to even consider visiting. #F.U.T.H

Terrible experience. 2 times wrong order. They don’t understand english at all. You are in canada. At least understand it. Its TIM HORTAN. National thing not only quebec owned restaurant. Crazy

Bad customer service, gave me a wrong order, and then made me wait for 30 minutes before they started preparing my order again . Can’t understand English so would suggest English speakers to not visit .nnThey prepared order second time again… after 30 minutes wait it was not correct.

My daughter ordered an egg&sausage baguel sandwich this morning at 7am and by 9h30 she was vomiting it up. She got food poisoning. CHECK THE FRIDGES *TEMPERATURE * something is definitely wrong.
