This morning I had to walk out to avoid being late for work before my order was even taken. The priorities from the workers were seemingly no where to be found, there was no sense of urgency and nobody looked like they knew they’re working in the “service industry”. Unfortunately I wasn’t the only one in line to walk out nor was I the first. I was going to request to talk to a manager had I been early enough to have my order taken presumably before the restaurant opens. The atmosphere was gloomy and nobody was smiling or looking happy, the boy behind the counter must’ve been high because no exaggeration it took him 10 minutes to count a 50 pack of timbits. After my visit I was left extremely dissatisfied. Is it to much to expect the bare minimum set by the other Timmie’s in town?
Great with special requests and open late! I love their regular turkey sandwiches. Just wish they still had the whole wheat bun option and honey mustard sauce. Thankfully the selection brand sells a good dupe for that.
Just a great place. Very clean. Very nice staff. Excellent food and beverages. Despite other branches, inside is well lit and the temperature is perfect not too cold or too warm. I suggest as number one to be visited in Sarnia Ontario.
I ordered steep tea and french vanilla it tastes like water both of them and the customer service is also poor they are not even bc but while handing over the drinks they literally threw it at us
I love Jessica is the best she really bubbly and very nice and knows how to make everyone's day..........I dont like the one manager or her attitude she is very very bitchie but other then that i love this timmie's and the rest of the timmie's people
