Customer service was not good at all. First of all ordered our food through drive through and before we could finish our order they told us to pull ahead. Then when we got to the drive through window had to finish our order there. Then they talked in their language and looked at us like we were stupid. Couldn’t understand us at all. Kept making mistakes. We paid and they handed us our timbits and before we could even grab them they let go of them and they fell. They had to give us a new pack because I wasn’t going to eat timbits that fell on the ground.
Always friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about their guests. The food is fresh and delicious every time, and the place is super clean. I always feel welcomed and valued here. Highly recommend!
UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF MEMBERS. The staff who takes the drive thru ordera girl during the evening shift, I couldn’t see her name though but she was so rude and unprofessional bn c h be essional that I would think twice the next time I visit Tim Hortons specifically this location. They should learn at least basic customer service skills so they don’t ruin someone’s weekend at least.
The staff are attentive, no complaints about service. However, they do NOT seem to clean any of the tables or the floor around the seating areas. I have had to ask for them to wipe the tables down a few times. I guess they don't prioritize this task even though they have time in between customers. Not the only Tim's that doesn't prioritize this task- there are others in the city. Admin has to remind their staff to do this as customers like me should not have to ask them to do it every time I sit at a table.
I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had a great experience overall.nThe Crispy Chicken Cilantro Wrap was absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy chicken, fresh ingredients, and a great balance of flavors. Definitely a must-try!nnThe Broccoli Soup, however, was just okay. It lacked depth in flavor and could have been creamier. Not the best I’ve had, but decent.nnOn the plus side, their Steeped Tea was excellent—rich, smooth, and just the right strength.nnThe atmosphere was great, with lots of space to sit and relax. The service was quick, and the place was clean and well-maintained.nnI’ll definitely be back, especially for the wrap and tea!
