Food is fine... but there should probably be a dedicated spot for cars to wait if their order isn't ready right away in the drive thru, because it seems right now they are telling people to pull up and park directly in front of the south facing doors. I had to climb around someone's car to get in and out of the store. I crossed the street to wait for the bus, and watched another car pull up and park there right after the one I climbed around left. Why make your restaurant difficult to access?

This place has to be one of the worst, give my order 4 times a simple large 3sugar 1 cream and a large french vanilla with no one else in drive thru and i get two black coffee's ? Let alone the attitude in the window for asking if they got the order correct ? Maybe have someone who can read and speak english in drive thru. As a former management employee for the company , that was always the standard for drive thru ? There needs to be constant secret shoppers at this place as they would fail with head office !

Ordered a simple meal ice cap and sandwich and donut, and still manage to mess it up, forgot the donut I payed for. tims loves charging people for stuff and then not actually giving you what you payed for happens literally all the time, not only do we get scammed on the phone but also at our restaurants as well
