This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Every single time I order from here something is wrong with the order. Look at this bagel I got today. Burnt, no cream cheese and stale. I threw it away after two bites. Staff is rude, no thank yous, not personable. Avoid this Tim Hortons like the plague!nTo the owner: please do not tell me to contact the guest team. How about you fix your crap location and hire some new staff.
Horrible experience. This used to be a good Tim's but it has gone down hill so quick. Staff is never friendly and they don't care what so ever about the quality of anything. This morning I bought a bacon breakfast sandwich, muffin and small coffee to which I couldn't eat or drink any of it. Coffee was burnt, breakfast sandwich tasted about a week old and the muffin I even showed to a co-worker was harder than a rock. Hopefully they can re-train the staff to care about the customer and the product or this store won't last.
I am disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons, especially during the night shift. It's not the first time I've received the wrong drink. This seems to be a recurring issue, and it's frustrating when you expect a specific order and get something else instead. Her behavior was good, but she was not paying much attention. The staff needs to pay more attention to detail, especially with simple orders. I hope management addresses this soon.
Went there walked in ordered my French vanilla with my friends, sat down opened the cover to cool it down and it was really foamy. I told my friends about that and we just forgot about it. The French vanilla was good but then I looked to my right and I saw a staff member that was on his “break” and was sitting near the drive thru window on the floor! Then like around 3 minutes after I looked again and I saw he was massaging some other staffs feet and when I looked 5 times at my French vanilla and the guy massaging I walked to the cashier and told him about it and the guy who was massaging was saying “it’s my break man” and I was astonished by what he said thinking he’s in the good side I’ve attached some pictures of they guy. DISGUSTING!
Always a hit or miss, some days it’s just ok others awful.. the food has been very dry and crusty last few times I’ve gone, and they never make the coffee correct ever though its so simple!! And I cannot forget the rude staff! Don’t go here if you don’t have too. Pay extra and go somewhere else.
