MONDAY, APRIL 14 , TIM HORTONS : 1275 Rue Roberval, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC J3V 5J1nnWe arrived at this Tim Hortons location at 9:02 PM, well before their posted closing time of 10:00 PM. When placing our order, we were met with extremely rude behavior from the staff. The menu screen clearly displayed “Givré Tangerine,” so we ordered it. However, the employee immediately started yelling, claiming they don’t serve that drink. Confused, we politely asked if it was just unavailable that day since it was still on the menu, and she snapped back, yelling, “I SAID WE DON’T DO IT.”nnWhen we drove up to the window, a man came and told us the store was actually closed—but said he would prepare the drink anyway. We asked why we weren’t informed earlier during the order, and he became visibly upset and very impolite. I’m not sure what was going on with the staff that evening, but their behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. This situation definitely needs to be addressed by the management team.
Just went to get a coffee and there wasn't one table that was clean. We left without ordering. Gives you an idea how clean the kitchen must be. Ladies washroom, my wife told me the stall didn't have a door. Incredible how Tim Hortons chain could allow this
The worst Tim Hortons ever. They can't get one single order right. You ask for black coffee they put cream. You ask for cappuccino, they give you iced cappuccino. You ask for sausage, they put bacon. They assemble your sandwich without any care.nEmployees usually in bad mood. No smiles.nTrash.nGo to McDonald's instead. They know how to treat their customers right.
Wow, I am always flabbergasted by how different of a servie I get from one Tim Horton to another one. I asked for a Refresh tim, with half of the syrup…I get it and it’s the regular amount of syrup. I exchange it and they give me no syrup. Like how bad of a service is going that.
The drive through was the worst experience. They didnt have enough donuts for a dozen and they had 2 types of Timbits left. All the donuts were stale and dry. The young lady on the intercom was rude and annoyed when I asked her a question. I was completely dumbfounded !
