Assistant Manager JD delivered scalding hot coffee in a damaged cup in the drive thru. The lid was loose and the cup gave in, coffee spilled all over my legs and my car. When you try to go to Tim’s to save time, and you get horrible service.
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming — they always greet you with a smile and make sure your order is just right. Service is quick and efficient, even during busy hours. It’s clear they care about their customers. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend!
I ordered the Cilantro Veggie Bowl, but unfortunately, the quality of the lettuce was quite disappointing. It didn’t seem fresh and had an unpleasant taste. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to the quality of ingredients, as it impacts the overall reputation of the franchise.

The people who work here are incompetent and they gave me expired cream with my double double. Coffee tasted off.nnWon’t be back again.
