I just want to say this Tim Hortons does an amazing job! The staff are always polite and hardworking, and they handle the busy times really well. My order has always been right, and the coffee is fresh.nnWhat I appreciate most is the attitude of the team. They’re friendly, respectful, and you can tell they care about doing their job well. I really wish they would speak English on the drive thru and if you say something they mess up your order on Bowes st PARRY SOUND ONTARIO. use to be one of the best timmies around nothing worse than getting to work and you go to eat your breakfast sandwich and it's not even what you ordered...sick and tired of it and the owners don't care it's been brought right to their faces. and they say there is nothing they can do. I've had to learn Punjabi words to order properly cause they will NOT speak English at drive through or in person they answer the drive-thru. And you can't even understand them..nSeeing as a questions below don't talk about drive-thru..and they don't give you the option. this happens every time, not just dining-in or take out or delivery. ITS DRIVE THROUGH. This store DOES NOT GET RID OF OLD DONUTS .THEY WILL SELL THEM RIGHT THROUGH UNTIL THE NEW ONES COME OUT THAT WAS NEVER TIMS POLICY. I KNOW I WAS A BAKER THERE FOR YEARS WHEN THEY STILL BAKED DONUTS.nYour survey about my review is garbage no one can say drive thru..it's only dine-in take out or delivery yet drive thru is 78% of their daily revenue..nSO IM TELLING EVERYONE THIS HAPPENS EVERYDAY AT TIMMIES IN PARRY SOUND BOWES ST TIMMIES.
I had a great experience thanks to the manager at this Tim Hortons. They were friendly, attentive, and clearly care about both customers and staff. The store was well organized, service was quick, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. It really shows when a manager leads by example—keep up the excellent work!
These Tim Hortons workers care about their job and they all deserve a raise. The Timbits are ALWAYS DELICIOUS and I’ve never had a bad experience. Your managers better treat the employees right because they’re doing something right.
This place is awesome! Best service you could ask for! Jenn is always so friendly and ready to help with any questions you may have. Food is always fresh! Bakers are always on their game!
