I went to this Tim Hortons yesterday with my mom for an iced coffee, the first thing was I asked for a medium iced coffee with less cream and less sugar she even typed it in that way, well let me just say it was Disgustingly sweet. Then before we left I had to use the bathroom they were so gross I was afraid to even touch anything. Made me think if the bathrooms are like that how clean is the rest of the restaurant.
I am writing this review after almost one year of experience. I am a regular customer at this location and visit almost daily.nnHowever, the customer service during the evening is especially POOR. Yesterday they served old coffee, even when I clearly ask for a fresh one. I literally threw it in garbage after one sip.nnI just want to say please make the staff aware of proper customer service. This is an international brand, Tim Hortons, not a local street café. It should maintain certain standards.nnThey are working hard and i really appreciate but just for one thing they waste all of their efforts!!
Food/beverage services recently at nights has been terrible on memorial!!!n1 We have to repeat ourselves more then 5+ times as well as not being able to understand what the female is saying back on the speaker/window.n2 There is usually nothing available as a small quick snack.n3 Second time I’ve received a hair in my beverage along with being shorted on the actual liquid in the beverage I’m paying for!!!!nAbsolutely disappointed and disgusted with this Tim Hortons when it’s those certain employees on nights! Everyone pays more than enough to not get shorted on their items they purchased and shouldn’t have to find hairs in them as well!!!!nnDidn’t notice till I got home in the light after unpacking it from the over packed take out tray
If you’re looking for cold food with a side of questionable safety practices, this is definitely the Tim Hortons for you. At 298 Memorial Ave, proper food safety seems to be more of a suggestion than a rule—why actually take temperatures when you can just write down random numbers instead, right?nnManagement? Oh, they’re consistently inconsistent. Schedules come out whenever they feel like it, and if you’re expecting clear communication or basic organization, you might as well order a unicorn donut while you’re at it.nnEmployees look stressed, rushed, and clearly unsupported—because nothing says “great leadership” like chaos behind the counter. Until someone higher up decides to care, I’d suggest taking your coffee and your health somewhere else.
