First time to try Pizza from Tim’s,ordered ahead and got the pepperoni pizza it was actually good and still hot. Recommend getting the habanero dipping sauce on the side for $1.00 it pairs well.
This my second visit. I usually get french vanilla half coffee triple triple. Most of the time other locations i am struggling with ordering with not accurate. During my visits afternoon shift supervisor made perfect order with accurate and perfect as I wanted. Great service.
The beverage I received, a picture of which is attached, was not up to standard—with melted whipped cream and uneven syrup. They didn't even provided any tissue so that I can clean it up by myself. They just shut down the window. I waited for a minute at the window before proceeding to write this review. Additionally, the service was lacking; the employee just pulled out card machine without a greeting or confirming my preferred payment method. This is not the level of service I expect from Tim Hortons.
We usually go there during our break time to get Chai Tea , Cookies and Donuts.nnWe visit at least 3 times a week and we never had any problems in ordering and customer service. They are always happy to greet and serve u treats. See you again.
I had the absolute worst experience ever! The most racist manager and white staff in particular was dismissing the order and was just plain out disrespectful. I will not be going back there and filing a compliant to customer service about these particular associates. I also repeated my order 5 times and yet in the end accused me of not ordering that item. Spoke in the rudest manner and quite frankly does not reflect Tim Hortons customer appreciation values.
