This Tim Hortons is an absolute gem! The store is spotlessly clean and surprisingly quiet—perfect for grabbing a coffee and actually relaxing. The washrooms are pristine, and the updated seating area is amazing with comfy, modern vibes. The interior design is top-notch; it just feels good to be here. Staff are friendly, and my order was quick and fresh. Highly recommend this location.
I have been attending this location since they first opened their doors. I will say staff here is much more friendly than other nearby locations. Some stand out more than others. At the top of my list right now is Kevin. Such a pleasure to see, always a ready smile on his face, polite, friendly. He just makes the visit that much better. Plus he knows I usually have my pup with me and inquires after him too. You can't get better service with a smile than you do here.
I went through the drive-thru around 11:30 am and ordered a medium Brown Sugar Latte with oat milk and a medium Iced Cappuccino. When I reached the pickup window, the female employee handed me the Iced Cappuccino and then asked me to park my car and come inside the store to pick up the Brown Sugar Latte.nnI asked why, because the whole purpose of using the drive-thru is to save time and avoid the long lineup inside the store. Instead of explaining properly, the employee insisted that I park and come inside.nnIt honestly felt like the employees were trying to keep their drive-thru times low to improve store performance statistics, rather than providing proper customer service.nnI went inside and spoke with the Female manager to understand the reason for this situation. Unfortunately, the manager only kept saying “sorry” without giving any actual explanation. It felt like the situation was simply being covered up instead of addressed professionally.nnThis experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely defeated the purpose of using the drive-thru. Very disappointing service from Tim Hortons.
If you’re wondering where to go to get a true Canadian Tim Hortons Experience, it’s this location. No matter how busy they get, the team is always fast, kind, and professional, and the food always tastes fresh. You can tell the team and mangers take pride in their store as you’ll always find it clean and stocked. This location fills me with nostalgia and reminds me of the Tim Hortons experience I remember from my childhood. I just wanted to shoutout this entire team because you’re all doing a great job, and have become my favourite location.
Went into this location yesterday, ordered my meal. Received my item everything was good. When I got back to work I realized I didn't have my phone on me. Went back to the store, and spoke to Jamie- I believe she is the store manager. She went above and beyond, looking at the camera to see if I had left my phone there by accident. She was so polite, helpful and extremely professional. Thank you for taking those extra steps to helping me find my phone.
