Really good coffee and customer service, and very clean restrooms. A great place to stop for long drives.

They are unable to make two pieces of toast with butter without burning them charcoal black , burnt inedible. 4 yrs I have tried at all three Tim Hortons in Sorel Tracy, st Joseph de Sorel, and Tracy. And you can't get a toast with butter not burnt to a crisp .

We passed by in the evening the drive through. We order a little order coffee, tea, one donut and ten mixed timbits. We came to the drive through window and waited to get served. There was no clients in the restaurant and noone behind us in the drive through. There was 4 girls working in the restaurant.nShe finally came and took the money, didn't give back the change. She left and started preparing the order. It took 3-4 minutes to get a coffee, 3-4 minutes to get the tea, another 2 minutes to get the timbits by another girl and then another 3-4 minutes for the donut. They still didn't give back our change so we asked for it and it's another girl that gave us the change and the one that served us left. So overall, we waited around 20minutes with no other clients for a small order. Ridiculous!

Super friendly staff. Always have a smile
