But no one truly addressed the seriousness of the incident. No follow-up from the branch, no accountability, and no contact from local management.nIt felt like no one cared. Maybe such things are normal for them?nWhat if it had been my child who swallowed that gum?nI’ve since stopped buying from Tim Hortons and now go to McDonald’s instead — a much safer and more responsible choice in my opinion. I’ll continue to update if anything changes.
I am absolutely fed up with the service at this Tim Hortons. The woman working the drive-thru, the one with the nose piercing, was incredibly rude and seemed to have a serious attitude problem. I had to ask for cup sleeves a ridiculous four times, and each time she acted like I was a huge inconvenience. But what really set me off was her swearing at me right after she shut the window. That's just completely unprofessional and frankly, disgusting behavior.

This Tim Hortons has become my go-to spot for a quick coffee break as well as sit down meals. The staff here are not only friendly but also very helpful. The place is newly renovated and it is always so clean!nnThey handle the morning rush with ease, and my order is always spot-on. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax for a few minutes while I enjoy my food.
Ewww they told me they were closed at 6:58 and had lots of baked goods sitting, the girl asks the guy what they should do with the leftovers. I heard them and say yeah what will you do? When i was trying to order.. and he says they will keep it overnight and sell in the morning. Ewwwww gross don't buy from tims they should be ashamed
