Tim Hortons

Average service and the same quality coffee and baked goods as you'd find at any Tim's. Parking, washrooms, seating, free wifi and some electrical outlets. When I came through late on Saturday night (Sept 9) it was closed, no idea why, all lights off and boxes blocking the drive thru. Other than that, my experiences here have been fine.

The food was what you would expect, but I was less impressed with the service. They got my order wrong both times, charged me more then I was supposed to pay, and didnt seem to know their own menu.

I go to Lake cowichan every weekend and when I go to this location the night staff always seem rude and bothered that your in there drive thru....get better night staff!!!

Worst Tim Horton' s ever !! They are slow , rude , always out of everything !! I guess they figure they can forget about customer service when the nearest competition is 30km away .

No better, no worse thanks other Tim Hortons. Predictable quality.
