Excellent customer service. The staff were attentive, even during busy hours. My order was handled professionally, and the wait time was minimal. The quality of food and coffee met expectations. A reliable place with great service.
I ordered a Spicy Habanero Bowl, a medium Americano with 2 milk and 2 sugar, and a small Orange Tangerine Quencher. When I got to the window, I was asked to repeat my order, and they tried to upsell me the Spicy Habanero Wrap instead of the bowl. A few minutes later, they admitted they had mistakenly made the wrap and asked if I still wanted the bowl. I said yes, but had to wait again.nnWhen I finally received the bowl, the chicken came in large chunks see photo, and there wasn’t enough salad, rice, or beans. The portion was very disappointing, especially since I was really hungry. Overall, not a great experience.
Great service and friendly staff. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and the team was very polite and welcoming. The store was clean, and the coffee was fresh and delicious as always. Overall, a very good experience. I will definitely visit again.
Came threw the drivethrew around 7pm not very busy and was greeted at the microphone with a stern “yup” nothing else not asking for my order. I laughed at this which this lady just gets offended and says can we order properly. We ask to be served properly and they respond with a less then helpful manager taking over and not asking for our order just telling us off. Wont be visiting this location again. Spiteful staff and crappy service if any is even provided
