Hi, I just placed an order from the Tim Hortons on Geneva Street. I ordered a Veggie Cilantro Wrap and a small steeped tea double double. Instead, I received a regular coffee and a chicken wrap.nnI have never eaten chicken in my life, so this was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I specifically ordered a vegetarian wrap, but your staff gave me a chicken wrap instead. This is a serious mistake because some customers have religious, ethical, or dietary reasons for not eating meat.nnThis was a completely terrible experience and shows a lack of care in preparing and checking customer orders. I am very disappointed and expect this issue to be addressed immediately.
Avoid this Tims at all costs! I love my Iced capps but it's not worth ingesting literal plastic chunks. Tonight when I ordered my drink I noticed chunks of white plastic in the bottom of my cup. Pretty grossed out and worried I swallowed some. Small and big pieces... Not to mention they shorted me change. I'm sure customer service won't contact me back. This is what you get for hiring kids that don't care about their job.
The Staff at this Time Hortons are amazing people who work hard and actually care about their customers and the place they work. It totally makes a difference in a positive way. I appreciate your efforts.

Honestly, she is the reason I keep coming back.nEvery time I'm in the drive-thru or inside, Sarah is an absolute ray of sunshine. She consistently has the most genuine, warm, and welcoming attitude. No matter how busy or rushed the store is, she takes the time to make you feel like your order is the most important one. She's incredibly efficient, always gets my slightly complicated order right, and she does it all with a smile that brightens my day. She is the epitome of great customer service.nBeyond Sarah, the entire team at this location is top-notch. The coffee is always hot and fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the service is speedy. It's clear that the management here runs a great ship and truly values a positive customer experience.nIf you're in the area and need your Tim Hortons fix, come to this store! Disappointed with our experience at this location. Two of our buttered bagels where dripping with butter, I don't understand the practice of slapping on a pat of butter on one side and expecting it to melt all over the rest of it. It is laziness, it was dripping all over the place yet a third of my bagel still didnt have any on it. My daughters cream cheese bagel was much the same, at least give a knife to spread it ourselves if your going to do that. Then I ordered my tea double double and got it black. Very disappointed.
