HORRIBLE SERVICE!nnJust went through the drive through with my friend, ordered 3 drinks ice coffee with extra milk, london fog and earl grey tea. We order here almost daily around the same time.nEach time we order an ice coffee with extra milk and we never get it made correctly at this location. This time when she gave us the ice coffee almost black we politely asked to have more milk in it. She gave us attitude, stormed off, dumped half out with all of the ice and added a little bit of milk giving us back a lukewarm “iced” coffee.nnHowever what really upset us is we asked for a small cup of water so I could take my medicine, she replied asking ice or no ice, we said iced cause no other restaurant or Tim Hortons location has ever asked us and then she told us we had to pay for it.nnWe have never paid for a cup of water tap ANYWHERE and having been a Tim Hortons employee myself, we never charged for it.nnI would have had no problem paying for it but she was so rude and unprofessional about the whole order we just left and went somewhere else to buy water.nnI know first hand what goes into the training modules and the fact that she was rude, throwing a temper tantrum and then ARGUED with us over a cup of water is completely ridiculous. Even when we asked to speak to the manager because we then were going to complain about her attitude/poor service in general and always getting our ice coffee made incorrectly, SHE TOLD US NO?! Flat out no she would not get the manager.nnThe water wasn’t even the problem at this point it was the quality of service. The girl with the glasses needs to go through training again because she clearly wasn’t paying attention.
Drive-through definitely takes priority. If you make the mistake of trying to dine in, you will be waiting, without a doubt. God forbid there is a lineup! I understand that it is mostly students who work here, but they are also understaffed and when a certain group of people get together, they very loudly chitchat and gossip and avoid taking orders except for the drive-through. I have never seen the presence of a manager or at least someone who acts like one and I come to the dining room five days a week.nI stopped going next-door to McDonald’s to avoid this sort of behaviour and now I may have to ditch this place too! Drive-through if you can
Man, I love Tim Hortons. The first thing I do when I come to Canada is go to Tim Hortons. It's Canadian comfort food. I understand it's not the greatest, but I like it
I want to ask, don't you have an air ventilator or something like that, we suffocated by the smoke that rises inside the building.
I went to drive thru and i ordered a french vanilla and medium caramel iced cofee and 2 egg and cheese wraps . I got my drinks alright but got my wraps as egg and sausage wrap . I was with my girlfriend so when i dropped her off i had few bites of wrap till i found out about the meat , i don’t eat sausage so i went back to tim and asked for manager or supervisor there was none . Only the customer service person . So i had to leave without and food and most importantly eating smth that i dont like or eat at all .
