I asked for a refund a couple weeks ago as my bagel was burnt. A bigger lady at the drive through gave me the snottiest attitude instead of giving me a quick solution. When her coworker asked what the problem was, she responded with “she’s saying it’s burnt but it’s not”, while rolling her eyes. Then she felt the need to explain to me that they always look like that, and to order it less toasted if I don’t like the way they make them. I had to remind her that I needed my money back still. The worst customer service I’ve received in a long time.nI debated posting a review, but after getting this oddly cut bagel today, I figured I would. LOL But hey, it wasn’t burnt and I didn’t ask for it to be less toasted. Go figure.
I placed an order at Tim hortons early in the morning. My coffee tasted great, and the bagel was fresh. Everything was ready faster than I expected. It’s nice to see a team that stays friendly and organized during a busy morning rush. Will definitely be back.

Stopped by the Tim Hortons in Blackfalds recently and had a pretty good experience. The drive-thru was a bit busy, but the line moved at a reasonable pace. My coffee was made correctly and tasted fresh, and the food was warm. Staff were polite and efficient.
