Disappointing Experience Every TimennI’ve been a regular at this Tim Hortons for a while now, but it’s clear that things have taken a turn for the worse. I stop by a couple of times a week for coffee and a snack, but I’ve noticed a consistent decline in quality and service.nnFirst off, the prices have skyrocketed. I find it hard to justify paying so much for what feels like a subpar experience. If you walk in, you’ll see that the only customers getting decent service are those in the drive-thru. It’s frustrating to feel ignored when I’m right there in the store.nnAnd don’t even get me started on the quality control. I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese, and I was charged an outrageous price for it. What did I get? A basic smear! This has happened more than once, and it shows a clear lack of attention to detail.nnI really think they need to implement better procedures to ensure consistency and quality. Fast food is supposed to be about convenience, but at this point, I’d rather make my coffee and snacks at home. It’s quicker, tastes better, and costs a fraction of what I’m spending here.nnUnfortunately, I won’t be coming back. It’s just not worth it anymore.

Drive thru took forever even though there was only one vehicle ahead of us. Had to wait quite a while at the window as well. When we finally got our food it was the smallest wrap i have ever seen. It literally had one slice of turkey and the other food was cold.
They get the orders right, in my experience. The place is clean. If you go up to the til , it can take them awhile to speak to you. Under staffed maybe? They also need a garbage by the ordering menu in drive through
Please stir your coffee… think about it. If you put cold creamer on the sugar, it’s gonna create a syrup at the bottom of the cup, and then when you put the coffee in if you don’t stir it properly that thick syrup sits at the bottom of the cup until you’re about halfway through your coffee, which makes the first half gross because it’s too strong and the second half nasty because it’s too sweet. It only takes 10 seconds to properly stir a coffee. Quit being lazy.
