My coffee has always come out the best at this location as well as my food. Palak deserves a special shoutout at this location too.nShe makes sure any time I order my wraps that there’s no cheese on them even if I forget to order with no cheese she remembers to put it in the system. She has my coffee made before I’m even ordering knowing exactly how I take it, she makes me feel so welcome any time I go into this Tim Hortons immediately shooting over a smile to me and a “hi Alex hope everything is good today.” She’s definitely one of the hardest working managers in this store and you can see it by how many customers names she remembers and how smoothly everything runs when she’s in that day.
I like this place because of Palak. She always has smile and treat people so nicely. It is good to see people who give positive energy to others.nIn general all staffs are nice and take care of the customes.nThank you everyone.
Priya and Palak are amazing managers at this Tim Hortons. Every time I visit, the service is fast, friendly, and super organized. They handle rush hours so smoothly and always make customers feel welcomed. You can clearly see the difference when they’re managing. Definitely a 5-star experience every time.
