They don't listen to orders—they just give you what they think you want! This is the second time in a row this has happened. I ordered a plain black coffee, but when I arrived at work and opened it, it was loaded with milk and sugar again see attached picture. I shouldn't have to throw my morning coffee directly into the trash because of careless mistakes. Absolutely zero attention to detail. Check your cup before you drive away from this location!
I do visit this particular store every day. Like literally.nReason you ask, one because it is close to my workplace. And the other is, the staff here is too polite and almost every order i get is way too fast.nBeen to many tims around but this one is my fev. Huge shoutout to Maulika, Cerelyn, Pawal, and Yash. I ordered a regular ice coffee today and it turned out too much sweet. I came back and asked one of the staff if she could help me make it again and I told her because it was too sweet. I am a daily ice coffee drinker and have never adjusted the sugar level so I know when its way too sweet and know that staffs accidentally put extra pump in the drink when rush hour which I understand. I came to many locations including this and never got an issue like today. Anyways, after I told, one of the staff, I think either the supervisor or the manager instead of admitting maybe it was wrongly made, she was like saying as it was my fault because I did not ask for less sweet. “Did you ask for less sweet? You should ask for less sweet nexttime” she said. I should need to ask for less sweet when the problem was from yall accidentally added more sugar in my drink rather than just regular amount 4 pumps. It tasted like 6 pumps in the drink.
The workers were very friendly, I noticed there was a new flavour of Timbits and Eunice let us try it and that made me want to buy Timbits. Overall amazing experience and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this location and store.
My finance got me coffee and Coke for him yesterday in the drive through. I didn't get any sugar in my coffee, which is okay. But the amount of ice in his drink is ridiculous! He basically paid for ice. I know he hasn't spent a big amount of money, but we felt ripped off. This is not the kind of service you expect to get.
