They have good people working there. I do the drive-thru more than in-store but I still like it.

The orders are always correct. You can order food and modify it with no issues. Staff are friendly, not crunchy like at other places. This place has a line-up for a reason. It's worth waiting.

Terrible service, definitely one of the slowest tims around k/w region. If you want to wait 15+minutes just for a coffee, then this is the place for you.
