I recently visited Tim Hortons and ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but was disappointed when I received a plain bagel instead. It seems that my order wasn’t heard or handled correctly. While I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, this experience was frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to my usual bagel with cream cheese. I hope they can focus on double-checking orders to prevent mix-ups and improve customer satisfaction.
The girls here in the morning are so pleasant! I walk up to the counter every morning and am greeted with a smile and my order ready and waiting for me! This is my favorite Tim Hortons and I just want to say thank you for always making my day a special one!
An extremely rude and obnoxious employee, my 5 year old couldn’t decide what she wanted on her bagel this morning, then when I got to the window after placing my order in the drive through in alliston Ontario at the location attached to Wendy’s this employee that was in charge of making the bagels made a remark and a really loud obnoxious grunting noise that my daughter even heard her. I will never be coming back to this location and maybe if this employee feels this way she should not be working for Tim hortons and on top of that my daughters bagel might as well been frozen
I absolutely love the Tim Hortons on Young in Alliston. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. Special shout-out to Trudy – she goes above and beyond with her kindness and attention to detail, always making sure my order is perfect and greeting everyone with a warm smile. It’s clear she cares about her customers, and that’s a big part of why I keep coming back. Plus, the coffee and food are always fresh and delicious. This location truly sets the standard for great service – highly recommend it to anyone!
Good management/team.nVisited the town for work and spent 2-3 hours there on Sunday.nThe washroom and common areas were kept clean. Service was fast.nIf they have a procedure to have the tables cleaned regularly, that would be fantastic.
