Had a terrible experience waiting for food, as after 10 mins with no bagel, when I interrupted chatting food prep employees, I was simply told the order wasn't there. When I confirmed the order was placed and must have been deleted I was met with further resistance. To top it all off, as I was loudly expressing my displeasure with the lack of service while this employee was simply chatting with another coworker, I was then lectured by the same employee how I should be speaking in front of my hungry toddler. A complaint was filed with head office, with request for follow up, however no response from franchise manager or owner. There are other options in town, with much more consistent service from employees and/or management

Horrible service from the younger lady's that work here, waited 5 minutes in store (I was the only one standing there) to be served while 3 girls stood around the drive thru window doing nothing. I only ordered a coffee and 2 small snacks and it still took 20 minutes as I watched them serve 4 cars in the drive thru before even taking a look at my order (there was also no cars in the drive threw when I arrived) they also noticed me standing there waiting for my order to be taken and ignored me. The elderly lady is always super nice and on her coffee game but the younger ladies have horrible customer service. It took one elderly lady to serve myself plus 3 other customers while it took 3 younger ladies to take care of one drive threw order.
