French Vanilla is my go to it, never disappoints and always hits the spot. The vibe inside this Tim Hortons at 3 Gateway Drive feels warm and inviting, and the design is fresh and stylish, definitely nicer than most Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to in Freddy. I also tried ordering through the kiosk for the first time, and it was super simple and quick. Honestly, this is one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve visited so far. Great coffee, great vibe, and an all-around fantastic experience. Highly recommended.
5 star for employee, 0 star for managementnnVisited this Tim Hortons today around 5:15 AM on 11 January 2026 and there was only one male employee handling both drive-through and in-store customers completely on his own. Despite being clearly overwhelmed, he was extremely polite, calm, and hardworking. He was literally running behind the counter trying to prepare orders and keep things moving.nnWhat really stood out was his attitude — even while some customers were yelling and complaining about wait times, he remained professional, patient, and kept apologizing, which honestly broke my heart. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially when they’re doing the job of multiple people.nnUnfortunately, I don’t know his name, but I truly wish I did, because this employee deserves huge appreciation and recognition. He did his absolute best under pressure and represented the brand exceptionally well.nnThat said, management/ownership seriously needs to address staffing levels, especially during early morning hours. It’s unfair to both employees and customers to run a store this understaffed. Situations like this are completely preventable with proper scheduling.nnThank you to that employee — and I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously.nnHappy to provide proof of purchase payment if needed.
Food and drinks were great, but it was very slow. They need more staff and better organization. Half an hour to get a sandwich and a coffee is way too long. I expect the drive through is faster.

Ordered 2 croissants, waited for more than 10 minutes and got 1 fully burned and when i called no one picked twice. Called again and the girl picked wanted me to bring it back instead of recovering it for me, as i live 15-20 mins away they wanted me to drive back just to show them this. Absolutely shitty service, came around 4:40/45 pm July 27nNot everyone who is complaining wants to get free food lol
