Do you guys really think it’s able to be served, it is worthless of money. It’s not the first time, everytime this location has fresheness issues even customer service issue.
I went to get breakfast. I got home a realized they forgot the egg on my Sausage and bacon wrap. I called them and told them what happened and they told me to come back and wait in line. I asked if they could make it for us for when we got there because I already had to wait 20 minutes in line and she said no. I told her that’s pretty shitty service. When I got there a girl named Issu told me she’s refusing to serve me because of what I said.she took the wraps she gave us and I didn’t get any food at all. I asked if I could please have the managers number and she refused to give it to me.nI was so upset that I had to drive all the way back to return my food for a refund and then she denied my service. I ended up going back in to return my coffee because I was blown away with the service that I was denied.nnIf you are in oromocto I highly recommend not going to this Tim Hortons. I have been a loyal customer to them for three years and they wouldn’t even make me breakfast after messing up my order.
It's been awhile since I seen this. I made an order and the person had no manners. Went to the window to pay and collect my order, to find the person asking for the money not even looking at me. They didn't even say thank you nor have a nice day. Is this how it's going to be like for now on? Very disappointing. Welcome, can I take your order please. Thank you, please come to the window. Good day, that will be $$$$, thank you. Here is your order, have a great day. Is that to hard to say?
Today January 30th 2026 is the start of the Special Olympics donuts program. As a parent of a child in the program i went in to show my support and buy some donuts for my office. When I arrived they acted dumb like they didn't understand at first another emplyee just said no they aint doing them and then another sighed heavily and said well they will be ready in no less than 20 minutes. I was unable to wait the maybe 20 minutes it would take. My wife returned 90 minutes later still no donuts and was met with the same dismissive and rude behavior from staff. One of them even said whats so special about these donuts.why advertise yourselves as supporters of special olympics and not follow through. Absolutely disgusting should be ashamed of yourselves. This doesn't sit well with me at all I already complained in the online forum and I am heavily considering contacting the media maybe it wont go anywhere but purposely not supporting something like the Special Olympics when you advertise doing so well thats false advertising.
