I got burned on my lips and tongue because I ordered steeped tea, but they gave me plain black hot tea instead. Steeped tea isn’t usually as hot as boiled tea, so I wasn’t expecting it to be that hot. Really disappointing.
8-12 staff members, and took me 20 min to get a xl tea and side of espresso shot
Went during a down time. Was picking up toogoodtogo order. Was a little unclear to cashier what was a mobile food delivery vs a toogood pick up. Order numbers are a little confusing. There was a vast assortment in the box and the transaction had minimal wait.nLots of parking and other shops in the plaza.
Convenient location in the south end of Whitby. Pretty much a standard template Tim's.nn9/3/2025 Update: 2 days in a row now, out of Oatmilk. Hope their resupply happens soon or may have to consider removing a star !
Unbelievably poor and slow service! Ordered a Grilled chicken loaded bowl.. waited 10 minutes and then someone finally asked me what my order was and i told them and they ended up making it a Wrap instead. When i did finally get my order it had absolutely no Chicken in it. I called to complain and the manager i spoke to who originally screwed up my order said he made the Bowl and he did put chicken in it. I asked my coworkers in the office to show me the chicken and they just said.. None in it.. just a bowl of rice and lettuce....We told you not to go there!!! They were absolutely correct!. Can someone please show me the Chicken????Avoid this store completely.. Horrible Customer Service!!!!
