Tim Hortons

This franchise location was sub standardnOur order was lukewarm. Morning fries were cold and hard as plastic. They forgot my request for ketchup. Coffee was very hot and they failed to provide sleeves.

Just a suggestion since I've been waiting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes now, and I haven't ordered yet. If it's taking time to get the food/order out, why not ask the car to pull up in the front and you can bring their order to them there, instead of having everyone else being stuck for 10+ minutes, sometimes longer. Just a thought.

Poor customer service, specially the women taking drive thru orders was so arrogant on weekends. Better to visit weekdays, otherwise their rude behaviour can spoil your all day.nPlease respect your clients, they pay you for their food,not for your bad behaviour.

Went on Sunday am. There was a huge line. Employees were slow as hell to serve people. They looked unmotivated and had probably a lack of training. After waiting about 30 min in line, people in front of us got told that it was impossible to make ice caps because their machine was broken or something like that.. since we were there to get an iced cap, we just left, after 30 minutes that we waited for nothing... Will never go to that Tim again.

The staff never understood what is coffee large size and a bagel cream cheese. I tried in French and English languages, but it didn’t help. Anyways i gave up and agreed to get something to eat.
