Tim Hortons

I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar on the side, and it took about 5 min to get the cream and sugar after the coffee was made and given to me. The employee Mélissa kept ignoring me and serving the next person it is her job to complete the order by giving me the cream and sugar, given that she has already made my coffee. I understand that it is a busy time, but it takes literally 3 seconds to complete my order. I reminded her that I have ordered cream and sugar on the side, but she just yelled “Attends!”. And this happened twice. She continued to serve two other customers without ever completing my order. After leaving me hanging for 5 minutes and yelling at me whenever I asked her to get me my cream and sugar, she finally put them in a paper bag and just threw it impatiently to me. This is an unacceptable behavior coming from anyone. It shows no respect and is absolutely disheartening coming from a Tim Hortons employee, one that should embody the values of this long trusted company. This kind of attitude makes me rethink my purchases, knowing that the money goes to an impatient, irresponsible, rude employee. And just to be clear, this is not against every employee at Tim’s. I come to this Tim’s quite often and I have never been treated like this. So this review is very much directed towards this one specific employee. I have filed a complaint and I sincerely hope this issue gets resolved.

Please someone teach the younger staff which donut/timbit is which. 3rd time in last two weeks I ordered old fashioned glazed and they gave me either a honey dip or crueller.

Horrible Tim's. The drive theu is always in dead lock. Understaffed. Quality control should investigate this location!
