Tim Hortons

This Tim Hortons was great it was busy when we walked in but the line was moving pretty quickly most the stuff speaks French and some english the lady who is serving us was amazing me and my husband don't know any french and she did her best to make sure we could understand what she was saying she was honestly the friendliest person we have ever encountered at tim Hortons the food was also very fresh and the drinks were amazing and everything was made very quickly.

My soup was made very quickly. Worker who made my iced coffee was very friendly. My dad is sometimes rude when ordering and the cashier handled him very nicely by joking with him and being friendly. Thank you

2 stars because the employees were polite and trying to give a good customer service.nPlace needs serious cleaning, there were debris on the floor near the employee's workstation, order pickup station was not clean. Bins were not cleaned.nEmployees need some supervision and a proper. direction, theu have zero coordination. Clean environment is a safe environment, and that should be a priority, specifically when you are in food business.

I couldn't find anyone to place a simple order of coffee who spoke English. Had to use Google translate from English to FrenchnnI don't know about other stores, but I hope they close the branch I just visited
