I was on the phone with my husband. We go every morning for breakfast sandwiches. This morning we were told since I order half cheese, that I can pick it off myself and they don't do that. She stated she was the head manager and that I can do it myself. Not cool and not impressed.. this is sick. And we go every morning. It's sick. And uncalled for.
Always great coffee and service. This has been our new Tim’s for two years now and their coffee never disappoints. It is always fresh and they never mess up our order. Staff is usually friendly and that is very important. Please and thank you goes a long way. As does “That will be $4.60 please” instead of “$4.60”, which they are good at.
