I don't usually mind the wait at tims but the girl gurpreet was very rude. I was there in the line and the store was almost empty. She was just busy talking to her buddy. When she was taking my order she starting making wierd faces as if I was annouying her as I was placing my order. And then she starting making the sandwich bare hands. The worst experience. Should not be working there if you cannot do the job.
Sunny is the go-to person whenever you visit Tim Hortons on the south side Drive through. Always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, He makes sure every customer leaves with a smile and a great experience. If you’re stopping by, you can count on Sunny for excellent service every time.
One of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to! The Terrace team is fast, friendly, and always smiling. Coffee and food come out fresh every single time, and the service is dependable. The store is well maintained, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a coffee break or grab something on the go.
I’m a pain in the butt and order custom things each time, the staff are very kind to fulfil these requests and do a great job, quality is great and you can tell they truly put care and effort into the food
Worst Tim Hortons in Canada.nSlowest service. Has a double feed drive through but cant handle more than 1 order at a time. And thats from order to payment most days.nnIts not manpower because they have lots of bodies but no thing being done.nn1 of 2 bathrooms are always closed at all times.nnAlmost everything you order must be checked because they aren't sure if even the basic donuts are made.nnThey never have espresso shots for drinks?nnWraps are broken every time.nnExpect 15 minutes for your coffee.
