I had a really bad experience here today.nFirstly their tap machine wasn't working at drive-thru,nI went inside to place my order. Whenever I order coffee from this location, they always take too much time. But today morning just now when I got there, there was this guy Veer, who didn't let me wait for a second and made my order away. I was so pleased by his service. One of the nicest service person on Tim. keep it up.
“The Hot French Vanilla at Tim Hortons is way too sweet and artificial. It tastes more like a sugary syrup than an actual vanilla-flavored drink. The texture is often inconsistent—sometimes too watery, other times overly thick. Plus, it leaves a weird aftertaste that makes it clear it’s full of artificial flavors. If you’re looking for a smooth, well-balanced vanilla drink, this isn’t it. Definitely not worth the hype!”
This morning, I visited Tim Hortons and ordered a coffee and a London Fog, but both were extremely disappointing. The London Fog had a strange taste, and I suspect that either the milk or tea was expired or not fresh. It was undrinkable. Not well managed. Phone orders are designated on the mentioned spot where it has to be. Rude the asked for my ordered after waiting 10/15 min in lobby. Zero team work. Staff is more focused on drive thru. Cream sugar and stir stick with no bag which is very unhygienic. This happened my much on this location. Staff management never listens.
