I really had a great experience with the staff couldn’t remember her name but i guess she was wearing a supervisor’s t-shirt. It was quite clear that she was doing something with the coffee machine and simultaneously helping customers at front but her consistent smile while helping without any frustration really made me feel happy.nnHowever in the past i had few instances where i see frustrated faces helping and hardly say thank you.But this time it was totally different and good to see changes like these.
I went to this location this morning and ordered vanilla ice latte , scrambled egg farmers wrap and scrambled egg box, waited for more than 20 mins for my food, and still got this , wrap and box both made wrong with some maple syrup on it . Very disappointing and unprofessional. They definitely need someone responsible on floor specially during rush hrs.
I visited this Tim Hortons today and received really great customer service. There was a girl i don't remeber her name but was extremely polite and helpful. I had received the wrong food order from the drive-thru, and even though the restaurant was very busy, she kindly remade my order without any hesitation. Really appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude!
Manpreet provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was fast, efficient, and extremely professional throughout the entire experience. His communication was clear and courteous, and he made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to see such a great combination of speed, accuracy, and friendly customer care. Very friendly nice fast and intelligent staff. Thanks. My apps points didn't work due to some reason they gave me a free coffee on Thanksgiving Day. Indian girls are very hardworking
