Tim Hortons

The employee at the cash taking the order was friendly and did a good job. But the employee behind the counter took his phone from the coffee station where he had made coffees to go make the bagels and slowly proceeded to make the bagels while looking at his phone. He put six at a time in the toaster, so they had time to cool before he put butter and cream cheese on them. The bagels were dripping with butter as was the wrapping. He handed the bag over without a smile even after being thanked and smiled at.

Everytime I come to this Tim's...it's either closed or I get ignored at the cash because of drive thru. Yesterday not open at 6 and today not open at 6. Sign clearly flashing OUVERT!!! And the site says open at 5am. WHATS THE PROBLEM HERE!!!???? Very disappointed!!!

Lousy service, had to wait 30 min for watered down coffee. Potatoes had gone bad. Do not recommend!

The store front is closed, drive through only. I find this really unacceptable that you no longer have access to washrooms when you want to sit and have a coffee in your car because you can’t sit at a table!. Tim Hortons quality in general has gone down hill from their products, to their service and accessibility.
