nStopped by this Tim Hortons and honestly had a really good experience. The place was busy but everything was running smoothly, which says a lot about the management.nnThere was a girl in a red shirt who really stood out — super hardworking and constantly on the move. I noticed she was also pushing her team really well and keeping everyone on track without being rude, just very professional.nnThe whole team seemed friendly and worked well together. Service was quick and the vibe was good. Definitely a solid location
I ordered breakfast, coffee / tea for the management team at the office. The manager at the Verdun branch was accessible, pleasant and helped me to organize beautiful plates for the event : A mix of muffins, croissants and bagels with cream cheese and jam. Everything was ready on time, and the staff helped me to transport and install things into my car. Everyone was impressed with the beautiful breakfast. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend !
they have a sign that says always fresh in 20 mins. yet on two different days it has taken over 40 mins for one farmers wrap. had to keep asking until they “found it in the back” cold still
