My name is Mike.nThe stuff is  really unprofessional and I’ve been there a few times. I’m not a regular customer, but I’ve been there a few times every time I go over there they act like a whoever in the front. They are not a customer. Whoever is the drive-through they are the customer that’s it and I saw the incident week back. the delivery guy over there. I think he waited at least 30 minutes me and my friend are sitting over there and watching him and nobody even ask him why he over here we can see that he is the DoorDash person. The most unprofessional thing is the store is not even busy, not even three for 2 people in the line they are more busy talking to each other rather than doing their job

I was at this store around 930 on march 30, 2024 and purchased a bacon and sausage breakfast sandwich to take to work with me. When i got to my work and opened the sandwich the eggs were green. Totally turned off from buying again.

One guy at the drive through frequently messes up my order, no sense in going back to ask for a new order because he doesn’t learn, On the other hand I had a really great experience with the employee Evan, always makes my tea quickly and tells me the wait on my food, really great employee and hard worker

The staff member DARSHI at drive thru is sonrude. I work in customer service myself but she has no sense of customer service. She messed up my order and when i asked her to correct it she shut the window at my face and cursed me. I request the management to please look into this. I will be back to talk with the manager as well.

The food quality here is usually pretty mid. And there is never enough cream in my iced capps, got a nice old egg on my sandwich today too, nice and grey around the yolk  waste of my money
