Outside at the time of day I go isn't the best.....kinda sketchy area at 330am. Always friendly and always has my order right! I absolutely love this location! Usually has good food left at 330amsome don't at this time and the staff are always super friendly! I go out of my way to stop by here every morning for my two large double doubles! Keep up the great work!

1-The employee was biting his nail then just making coffee aftern2- One of the employee gives FREE !! STUFF TO INDIAN PEOPLE when they come in they speak their own language plus when we ask for cup of water they say 10 cents this is not fairn3- I don't like when they hold my coffee cup with their hand the top of it with their dirty hands n4- Some of the employees happy and friendly some of them should be changed

I am writing this after trying to call first. After as many rings as it took, the phone went to a busy signal.nWe had just finished a nice dinner,, and I decided to drive up the street for an Apple Fritter and a Boston Cream donut for my wife and I . I use the Drive Through often.nI got home and both Donuts were drier than toast, drier than what I imagine Day Olds would be like.nTerrible, Terrible, Terrible!nSo disappointed in quality control.nThis is not what I expect from Tim Horton’s.

Ordered two breakfast sandwich combos. Both sandwiches and both hash browns had a soapy taste. Probably the container they were in had soap residue on it.nnService at the drive thru was very fast and organized.

There is no hygiene, they don't wear a head covering, they touch your headphones with their hands and then make you a croissant. I expect they want training for everything.
