This Tim Hortons is not consistent with every other location. I’ve gone there four times and my coffee is always wrong. First time they gave me a different size than I ordered. Second time they gave me less cream and sugar than I ordered. Third and fourth time they gave me more cream and sugar than I ordered. Large double double it’s not that difficult. I don’t know if they’re training new staff or their sugar machine is broken but I just want a good cup of coffee. McDonald’s is across the street I’m seriously thinking of going there next time.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Never have anything on the menu. If you want anything other than coffee, go somewhere else. Recently I went there, after waiting several minutes at the drive through speaker I drove up to the window without anyone responding to the box. I then proceeded to tap on the window. There was no sign this location was closed for any reason. After minutes of knocking, a lady came to the window. Did not open the window but yelled through it... "I'm on break!". Dumbfounded I drove to Macdonalds for a coffee I recommend driving anywhere else

I use to go to this location everyday for 3 years, and in that time the service quality dropped rapidly. So much so that I started going to the one a block away until the same thing happened at that location as well. To put it bluntly save your money and do not go to any of these two locations. Now my order is not that hard. Extra large double double with milk. I like milk not cream, seems simple enough right? Well NOPE! I have received my coffee with two cream no sugar, black, with sugar or no milk, dark roast instead of original blend and everything in between. Just like the location a block away! How is it possible that these two locations can suffer from the same problem! Rude poorly trained and unmotivated staff is how. The only thing this Tims has going for it, is it's convenient location on a street corner on a busy road by a bus stop, that's it. Out side of that I see no reason to go there. I brew my own coffee and take it to work instead. If I really want to buy coffee, I'll go to the McDonalds across the street from this store location. At least the concept of milk does not blow the minds of they're staff.

If the employees at this location are going to be in a hurry to the point of being rude you could at least get my order right. Can't return and complain cause have to get to work. If you want something other than a double double go to the location up the road like i will be doing from now on!

If you like repeating your order three times and have them repeat it back three times, then this is your place. And here’s the kicker, they got the order wrong.... OMG! I swear this place is operated by the same ppl further south on 52nd street. Don’t waste your time or money here.
