Please Guide me how to eat this crap, this is the 3rd time, don’t care how far, I’m going back for a refund. Unbelievable !!!!!nnCame back for a refund !!!! Guess what they didn’t even know what was the issue, and they don’t even apologize or offer another one. Tim Horton quality is down to the toilet !!!!!
I ordered a French Vanilla and was given the wrong coffee. Because of their mistake, I had to come back from work just to get what I originally ordered. There was no car in the drive-thru, so I went straight to the window and politely explained that my drink was wrong.nnInstead of an apology, another employee came over and rudely told me that I should have asked for an exchange at the drive-thru speaker first. No apology. No accountability. Just attitude.nnIf a customer receives the wrong order, the least you can do is apologize — not lecture them. Very poor customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location again.
Extremely disappointed with the service. The staff clearly prioritized the drive-thru while front counter customers were left waiting with no acknowledgment. I stood there for several minutes without even a greeting. Zero customer service and no sense of fairness. In-store customers deserve the same attention as drive-thru orders. Very frustrating experience.
Customer service is zero . The employee taking needs more training how to serve with smile . And I understand cleaning floor is important .when I was eating in the dining hall i noticed . Employee should understand which area needs to be cleaned first . Employee was Moping near the Customer table and hitting table multiple times. Employees needs more training.
If I could give zero stars I would. What was meant to be a quick drive through lunch turned into a half hour ordeal and I couldn't even eat the turkey blt the meat was so slimy and smelled off. The first order I got pictures attached the grilled cheese wasn't even melted and the turkey blt bread was burnt. I went in to get replacements and didn't even get an apology. They just looked at me, huffed and threw the food in the garbage. After five minutes I asked was I getting replacement food or a refund or what was happening. The replacement turkey blt was visibly off. And smelled like the meat was bad. My kids grilled cheese was fine. I will not be back and wish I could tell everyone not to go here. This was the absolute worst experience. The staff are rude and have no customer service skills. Other people waiting were missing items and waiting for what seemed like a long time for Tim's standards.
